Commercial aquaponics system design is our specialty. We have designed and built our equipment from the ground up to satisfy the highest commercial aquaculture standards. Our bespoke containerised units have been engineered for Aquaponics, with no compromises. If the equipment didn’t exist, we invented it.
• THE FUTURE OF FOOD
Environmental control lies at the core of sustainable farming. The United Nations has stated that global food production will need to double by 2050. As the climate becomes less predictable, growing outdoors in the soil will become technically and financially irresponsible.

By using a commercial aquaponics system design greenhouse we can guarantee environmental protection for our delicate crops. We can control the cooling or heating, balance the shading and/or supplemental lighting requirements and influence the humidity in order to ensure an optimal growing environment year-round.
• BIO SECURITY
The best form of pest management is exclusion. Our greenhouse technology includes high airflow insect barriers preventing pests egress into the production area. By removing the vector paths for pathogens and parasites, we can reduce the pest management procedure to organically approved methods.

• PREDATORY INSECT COMPATIBLE
We introduce natural predatory insects to the most common crop pests. By establishing an overpopulation of predators we remove the potential for crop pests to set up shop in our greenhouses.
• EXTREME FILTRATION
Animal welfare is paramount to our organisation. We far exceed the most stringent filtration requirements in the Aquaponics world. We believe our duty of care to the animals we raise is to provide them with conditions as close to those they would experience in their natural environment. Fresh water for fish should be a right, not a privilege and is a key element for our Commercial Aquaponics system design.
Our tanks maintain the fish in clear water by removing ALL waste products, which we mineralise into plant food. Our extreme filtration naturally restores the immune system of the animals and results in zero environmental discharge or pollution to the environment.
• TANK CULTURE | Increased Feed Conversion
Environmental control is the key to quality & profitability. By utilising tank culture in the aquaculture section of the system we achieve feed conversion rates of 1:1.2, compared to normal pond production of between 1:2 to 1:2.5. In real terms, this means that for every 1.2kg of feed we achieve 1kg of fish weight, compared to the conventional ratio of 2kg/2.5kg of feed to every 1kg of fish weight, we halve production costs to achieve the same yield.
• ZERO PREDATION
By raising our fish stock in tanks we remove the opportunity for predators to steal the livestock. Decreasing these losses we receive the full return on our feed investment. There’s nothing worse than spending time and energy feeding and taking care of your fish only to have them enjoyed by a sneaky bird, lizard, or 2 legged opportunist.
• ADVANCED PATHOGEN CONTROL | Without Antibiotics
We employ a system of protocols, ranging from mechanical and biological water filtration, to quarantine tanks for new stock, to ozone water treatment. We also use rapid salinity variation treatments to control pathogen and disease outbreaks naturally, without resorting to antibiotics.
• BENEFICIAL MICRO ORGANISMS
The natural ecosystem is populated by both beneficial and harmful bacteria, engaged in a constant battle. We populate and continually re-supply only the most beneficial microorganisms into the system, including probiotic formulas tailored to the specific needs of our plants and fish.

Locating food production closer to the consumer is a win for everybody.
